I recently hired ABEV to complete my EV charger installation, and right from the beginning when Kat texted me her introduction (while she was on vacation) and provided a quick consultation on what to expect, I was impressed with her level of knowledge and detail. She kept in contact with me almost daily with status updates on the required permits and scheduling the team to come out.
I had a separate power issue (not related to the EV charger) and was panicking over how I was going to resolve it, and after engaging multiple other electricians, reached out to Kat to see if ABEV could help. She immediately calmed me down explaining that she was confident that her team would be able to resolve the issue.
On the day of the installation, Matt showed up first and walked me through everything they were going to do. He was extremely thorough and knowledgeable, and he proactively worked out a solution to my other power issue and explained what they would do. Blue and Lewis arrived shortly after and stayed to help me navigate the Chargepoint app and set up my new account. They kept the costs down and didn't try to take advantage of my desperation. I included a picture of my installed charger below.
